Stephanie has 20 years’ track record in leading and enabling performance improvement and change in multiple functions in various industries. Large organisations she has served include Sydney Trains’ antecedents RailCorp and State Rail Authority, AMP, the Big 4 Australian banks, Australian Broadcast Corporation, SingTel Optus, PeopleSoft, CSR, Aristocrat, Brambles, and the Australian Taxation Office. Smaller clients include Sinclair Knight Merz, Lawcover, Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, and several startup ventures.
Stephanie’s consulting career began in 1994 at Deloitte, after several years in IBM in IT and account management roles. She has also worked closely with consultants from most major consulting firms while working as an internal consultant at AMP. She worked as an independent consultant for several years prior to becoming part of the FutureBuilders team in 2013.
She works in the areas of:
- Strategy execution and mobilisation, roadmap development, project portfolio definition and prioritisation, execution governance structures
- Management of multiple projects as a program or portfolio
- Organisational change management
- Risk management, especially program, portfolio and project risk management
Stephanie’s key strength is in seamlessly combining skills in strategy, project management, change management and risk management in achieving pragmatic outcomes and building enduring capabilities within client organisations.
Career highlights include a secondment to work as part of the Accenture strategy team in San Francisco to develop a new internet venture’s strategy, leading a project to catalyse a global collaborative venture to accelerate cancer research, and serving on the board of Suzuki Music.
