Lisa CarlinLisa has a demonstrated track record of helping businesses implement strategy and business transformations. Before starting her own business in 1999, Lisa gained experience with international management consulting firms including McKinsey & Company (USA), Accenture (South Africa), Corporate Vision (Australia) and IBM Consulting (Australia).

She works in the areas of:

  • Program management, Project management
  • Organisational change management and organisational development
  • Strategy implementation and execution
  • Business transformation and performance improvement
  • Strategic human resources – cultural, leadership & behavioural change programs

Lisa works with executives to implement strategy and business transformations which often encompasses diverse business functions such as technology, marketing, finance, HR, operations and change management. Lisa’s strength is working collaboratively with people to plan and implement complex, strategic or large-scale organisational changes – that deliver significant business benefits.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) where she was awarded an ABN Amro Scholarship and a Sasakawa Leadership Fund Scholarship. She also has a Bachelor of Business Science Honours degree in Finance (University of Cape Town) where she was awarded a University Entrance Merit Scholarship and an academic scholarship.

Lisa has worked as an adjunct faculty of the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW), as course instructor for two subjects in the Executive MBA program, including “Managing Change” and “Managing People in Organisations”.
