Douglas Wolfson has over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing change.
He began his career as a community organiser in the United States where he honed his skills in stakeholder engagement and leading and influencing people. After eight years, he made a significant life change by shifting focus from the non-profit sector and completing an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
Since graduating, he has focused on working with leaders and teams on large-scale transition programs. He has consulted and worked with organisations to realise their change agendas within the financial services, fast moving consumer goods, government and non-profit sectors.

Doug is also adjunct faculty at the AGSM where he has facilitated on change management and within senior leadership programs. He is also one of the original founders of the Change Management Institute (CMI), which is a professional organisation that now has membership in over twenty countries.
Doug is passionate about helping organisations not only develop a successful path to achieve their organisational goals, but also, to build a sustainable foundation in the process. Doug has presented at a number of conferences and forums, sharing both his expertise through case experience and ways to apply the latest thinking on leading change.
